Why aren't there any tasks available?

I am waiting for tasks, why are none appearing?

The flow of calls depends on the influx of people available at any given time, so sometimes, there are simply no jobs available. However, if you’d like to double-check:

1. Try doing a refresh on the agent tool [Control (Command) + F5]

2. Go to the dashboard and check the current state of jobsmake sure you’ve entered a job where customers are waiting.

3. Should you still not receive a call, check with our support team.
