The flow of calls depends on the influx of people who may be available at any given time, so sometimes, there are simply no jobs available. However, if you’d like to double-check:
Try doing a refresh on the agent tool [Control (Command) + F5]
Go to the dashboard and check the current state of jobs – make sure you’ve entered a job where customers are waiting.
If then, you still don’t receive a call, check with our support team.
