Error when pressing "start" or "stop recording"

Why do I see an error when pressing "Start" or "Stop recording"?

This is probably because the call is no longer ongoing (therefore there’s nothing to start or stop).

Here's what you can do: 

  • Refresh the page and retry pressing start or stop recording once the call is ongoing. 

  • You can also end the call by clicking the ‘Hang up’ button.
