How You'll Get Paid

For security purposes, we’ll always send payments through trusted third-party vendors. As of now, the only option for payment is through PayPal.

When You'll Get Paid

Payments get processed after all contributors have made the necessary contributions to complete a job or a deadline is reached, and after all the validations and quality control measures have been done. However, if a job takes too long to be completed, we might process partial payments which means all tasks completed until that date will be paid.

Example: 20 people need to complete 100 tasks each and you are the first person to finish your 100 tasks, you will need to wait for the other 19 people to finish their 100 tasks.

If one of the 20 people doesn't finish the 100 tasks in time you'll be paid when the project reaches a deadline.

How Much You'll Get Paid

Each job has a unique rate depending on the difficulty of the tasks. The job instructions will guide the paid rate for each verified task that complies with our Terms of Use and an acceptable quality level.

You can also find payment information on the Independent Contractor Agreement you'll review before entering a job.

I haven’t been paid yet. What is happening and what can I do?

First, we are sorry that you still haven’t received the payment. If you haven’t been paid yet, one of these things might be happening:

  1. The job is still ongoing. We are only able to process payments after all the tasks associated with a job are concluded.

  2. Your tasks are under validation/quality control. While the job might be showing as “completed” on your dashboard, the tasks might be still verified for quality, which might delay the process.

If there has been a longer delay, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will follow up.

Note: for payments due over 60 days after the job conclusion, please check the article Pending Payments.
