At Neevo, we deeply value the contributions of our community members, who are essential to our mission of creating artificial intelligence that is more accurate, less biased, and capable of building a better, fairer world. We understand that not having a defined deadline to receive payments can be frustrating, especially when a long time passes between the conclusion of the tasks and receiving the money, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. While we strive to process payments as quickly as possible after projects are completed, certain steps, such as validation and quality assurance, can add additional time, which is not always visible to the community. On the other hand, over the past year, we’ve encountered multiple unexpected challenges with our payment partners that have impacted the payment timelines, impacting our ability to process certain payments in a timely manner.

We want to reassure you that we have been actively working to resolve these issues and that it is our top priority to ensure that every contributor is compensated fairly and in a timely manner.

Steps We’re Taking to Resolve This:

  1. Fast-tracking Pending Payments: We are doing everything within our reach to clear outstanding payments (of concluded and validated jobs) by the end of February 2025.

  2. Improving Transparency: We are revisiting our Terms and Conditions to include clearer communication about payment timelines for each job, so you’ll know what to expect going forward.

  3. Strengthening Systems: We are working closely with our payment partners to address technical issues and improve the speed and reliability of payment processing.

We are grateful for your patience and understanding as we navigate these challenges. If you have specific concerns or questions, our support team will keep on assisting you - please out reach out to [email protected].

Thank you for being a valued part of the Neevo community and for your continued support.

Best regards,

The Neevo Team
