How You'll Get Paid

For security purposes, we’ll always send payments through trusted third-party vendors. As of now, the only option for payment is through PayPal. However, we're in the process of adding Payment Method options to the platform. Do stay tuned for more on this soon.

When You'll Get Paid

Payments get processed after all contributors have made the necessary contributions to complete a job or a deadline is reached (these jobs’ statuses will show up as “closed” in the Work History tab of your dashboard).

For example,
if 20 people need to complete 100 tasks, and you are the first person to finish 100 tasks, you will need to wait for the other 19 people to finish the 100 tasks.
If one of the 20 people doesn't finish the 100 tasks you'll be paid when the project reaches a deadline.

We try to get payments out 2 weeks after jobs are completed, but sometimes it takes a little longer. If it’s been more than 3 weeks and you haven’t been paid, please contact us at [email protected].

How Much You'll get Paid

We set a unique rate for each job depending on the difficulty of the tasks you’ll face. Unless otherwise stated, you’ll be paid at that rate for all Submitted Tasks, (so long as you comply with our Terms of Use)

Flat Rates:

Rarely, we'll pay a flat rate for a fixed number of valid tasks. As a hypothetical example, that could mean you'd be paid $100 for 10 valid recordings (but you'd have to do all 10 recordings to get paid). You'll always have a chance to see the payment structure before you enter a job.

You can always see the rate for a job on the dashboard beneath the title and description before you decide to start!

You can also find Payment Information on the Independent Contractor Agreement you'll review before entering a job.
