What happens to my data if I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with it will be permanently erased from our systems. This includes your profile information, payment details (such as PayPal information), transaction history, and any credits or balances tied to your account. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Will my payment information be deleted as well?

Yes, all payment information associated with your account, including PayPal details, will be permanently deleted. We do not retain any of your payment data after your account has been deleted.

What happens to the credits or balances I have in my account?

Any remaining credits or balances must be redeemed before you delete your account. If you proceed with deletion without doing so, those credits or balances will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
