We understand that payment issues can occasionally arise when using PayPal as a payment method. To help you navigate these situations, we've established a clear policy regarding failed payments. Please read the following information to understand the timelines and procedures for reporting payment failures.

1. Initial Payment Attempt

  • After payments are initially processed through PayPal, you will receive a notification.

  • You have 60 days from the date of this notification to inform us if the payment fails so we can request a second payment attempt.

2. Second Payment Attempt

  • After payments are processed through PayPal (second attempt), you will receive a notification.

  • You'll have 40 days from the date of this notification to inform us if the payment fails so we can request a third payment attempt.

3. Third Payment Attempt

  • After payments are processed through PayPal (third attempt), you will receive a notification.

  • You'll have 40 days from the date of this notification to inform us if the payment fails so we can request a fourth payment attempt.

In total, we make four attempts to process payments through PayPal. It's crucial to ensure that everything is in order with your PayPal account to avoid any further failed payments.
