Disagree with a Language Evaluation Result?

If you are a native Speaker who fails one of our language tests and you have not been given the option to retake the test, you can contact our support team directly. Just be sure to include "Language test appeal" in the subject line and details on which language test and language you are referring to.

Here's a quick refresher on what qualifies you as a "native speaker":

  • Natural Pronunciation: You don't speak with an "accent" that differs from your selected Region/Accent)

  • Rapid Recall: You don't often spend time searching for expressions or words

  • Broad Vocabulary: You don't often hear words you don't know/understand in general conversation

We do our very best to design the language tests to be the most accurate screening methodology, but mistakes can happen.

If you do find yourself in this situation, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We may ask you some follow-up questions and use your responses to refine our testing processes in the future.
