How do I Delete my Account?

To delete your Neevo account click here, or select the Main Menu Icon Profile Settings Account.


In the Account tab scroll down to the bottom of the account page, and you'll see a text prompting you to delete your account.

You'll be asked to confirm your intentions to delete your account before ultimate deletion.

Talk to our support team, we would like to explore options before you take the final step of deleting your account.


Disclaimer:

By choosing to delete your account, you acknowledge and agree that all of your personal data associated with this account will be permanently erased. This includes, but is not limited to, payment information such as PayPal details, credit balances, transaction history, and any other data tied to your account.

Please be aware that any remaining credits in your account must be redeemed before initiating the deletion process. Once your account is deleted, all credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible, and we will not be able to retrieve any data once your account has been deleted.

If you have any concerns or wish to proceed with the deletion, please ensure that you have taken all necessary steps regarding your credits and payment data before confirming the deletion of your account.

Note: If you do delete your account and create a new one you won't be able to use the same PayPal account on the new profile.
